WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED ?

When you receive your dispatch confirmation email from us, it will contain your tracking number. This will let you know that the order has left our warehouse and is on its way. Please note it may take a few hours for any movement to show.

Once your order has been confirmed, our staff cannot change or edit the order due to administrative reasons.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY ?

We will happily refund any items within 7 days of receipt, providing it is returned in its original packaging with no signs of use or misuse.
UK, USA, Europe and Rest of the World returns: Please use the contact us form and select returns from the drop down menu detailing your return. We will contact you shortly after with return instructions
Please ensure that you clearly mark the goods as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. All returns must be sent by registered mail. We will refund the total amount you have paid for the goods except postage and packaging.
